Pam has extensive knowledge and twenty years experience in assisting ambulatory surgery centers, dental and medical practices, and high-complexity laboratories successfully meet federal, state, and/or accreditation requirements.

As principal and founder of Healthcare Accreditation Resources LLC, Pam partners with healthcare professionals and leadership to assist and provide them with the tools necessary to meet regulatory or accreditation requirements.
Pam also works with hospitals helping implement Bio-safety Programs. In this capacity, she monitors all laboratory activities that involve biohazards, infectious or biologically-derived infectious materials, toxins, and chemicals that present a risk or potential risk to patients, staff, and/or environment.

Her previous experience includes:

  • Senior Health and Safety Compliance Specialist, MedSafe/ TCS Inc, providing regulatory audits and infection prevention oversight and instruction to a variety of healthcare practices and organizations as well as veterinary and funeral homes.

  • Clinical Laboratory Coordinator at Northeastern University, instructing physician assistant and medical laboratory science students in clinical laboratory science;  theory, technique, and practice.

  • Infection Control and Safety Manager at Harvard Pilgrim Health, where she managed the clinical laboratory as well as a comprehensive OSHA regulatory compliance and infection prevention program for all employees/patients in Wellesley Health Center. Pam also provided oversight for three other health centers in the Southern Regional Business Unit of Harvard Health.

Pam has authored Infection Prevention articles for a variety of professional healthcare journals: Infection Control and Sterilization Technology, Infection Control Today, Compliance Magazine, Facility Care, Association for Operating Room Nurses, and Becker’s ASC Review.She provides peer review for the American Nurses Association publications.g(See Publications)

She is frequently invited to speak at healthcare association meetings and national conferences. Her speaking engagements have included Lifespan PSO, RI; American Association for Orthodontists (AAO), Association for Dermatology Administrators and Managers (ADAM), New England Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates (NESGNA), Patterson Dental Co. Most recently, she was a featured presenter for the webinar, "Achieving OSHA Sharps Safety Compliance in Non-Hospital Settings," hosted by the International Healthcare Worker Safety Center (University of VA). Pam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science at Northeastern University, Boston, MA and completed her affiliated clinical internship at the New England Deaconess Hospital, Boston, MA. She is certified at the master level as a Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) and board certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).

Linda Doherty
Practice Operations

Linda has more than twenty years experience in healthcare operations and practice management. She is experienced in the day-to-day operations, acquisitions, start-up and development of outpatient care settings.

Linda provides consulting services in the Southeast, Southwest and Central regions of the United States. These services include OSHA, HIPAA Privacy and Security, HITECH Breach Notification Rules, Disaster Planning, and Record Retention/Destruction. 

Linda trains and assists organizations in the use of technology for efficient access to SDSs (MSDSs) and helps manage the changes in the 2012 GHS/Hazard Communication Standard.  In addition, Linda provides EHR Planning/Implementation to assist practices adapt to the technology.

Andrea Infantino

Andrea's diverse expertise includes presentation development, design, and delivery; web content development and management; web site architecture and usability; writing, editing, and design of informational/collateral materials, forms, and reports. She is proficient in computer systems, web technologies, and software applications.

Andrea has more than twenty years of professional experience in business and academic sectors, including program management; training and professional development; web-based (WBT), classroom based, and blended course design, development, and delivery for adult learners.

She has held public and private sector Director positions in Techology and Communications and was co-founder of a nationally recognized professional development program. She holds an adjunct faculty position at Framingham State University in digital communication and provides consulting services in digital communications/ technologies and instructional design.

Andrea earned BA( English) and MS.ED degrees at Syracuse University; graduate certification in Web Content Development and Management from Brandeis University; and has additional training in instructional design, communication, and computer technology.

Susan Ahern
Business Development and Marketing

Susan works with companies, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to build the crucial organizational foundation that supports their ideas and goals and fuels their presence, revenue, and growth. She has co-founded startup companies and helped small established companies adapt and grow in the current challenging market dynamics.

Susan's expertise includes strategic business development, website and print design, marketing, market research, HR and administration. She has 15 years of experience with start-ups and small companies primarily in the healthcare, medical device, and biotechnology fields.

She has a Bachelor of Arts degreee in Business Administration from Colby College and certification in Small Business Entrepreneurship from Boston University.
